Which plan do I need?
Understand the features of each plan to choose the one that best suits your operational needs.

01The four plans
There are four plans: Starter, Pro, Ops, and Enterprise. Each plan offers different features and limits to support various operational scales. You can view a full comparison of features on the /pricing page. The plans are designed to scale with your needs, from individual use to large-scale operations. Your current plan is shown on your /account page in the Plan section, with an Included in your plan list. Below it, the UPGRADE LADDER shows the next plans up and their prices. Find out how to upgrade your plan.
02Starter plan features
The Starter plan is $5 a month, for an individual user. It includes 3 saved sites and a 7-day forecast, and it pays for your saved sites and your evidence records. The height-matched wind, exceedance odds and the agent are part of it, but they are also available to anyone without an account. Starter does not include email alerts, the morning brief or API access. To see what a record holds, read What a record contains.
03Pro plan features
The Pro plan is $19 a month or $149 a year. It builds on Starter with 25 saved sites and a 16-day forecast on the instrument. It introduces email alerts, which email you when the forecast crosses a rule you have set, and a morning brief by email. Pro also includes API keys, with 1,000 calls per day shared across your keys. It suits people who want automated checks across a moderate number of sites without opening the instrument each time. See how to use API keys.
04Ops plan features
The Ops plan is $990 a year, for managing many sites across an operation. It includes 100 saved sites and adds the Fleet board, which shows every site on one screen with a GO, WATCH, STOP or UNKNOWN lamp each. It also unlocks the embed snippet for public boards, so you can place a live board on your own web page. The API limit rises to 10,000 calls per day. It suits supervisors and managers who oversee many sites. Understand the fleet board.
05Enterprise plan features
The Enterprise plan is for large organisations with specific needs. It offers 500 or more saved sites, with additional sites available on request. The API call limit is 100,000 calls per day. This plan includes dedicated onboarding and can be built around your specific data and workflow requirements. It provides the highest level of customisation and support for complex operations. Contact us to discuss your specific needs for this plan. Contact us for Enterprise enquiries.
06How to decide which plan to use
Consider your main task. If you want to save one or a few sites and keep records, Starter is enough. If you want email alerts, the morning brief, a longer forecast and API access for a moderate number of sites, choose Pro. If you manage many sites and need the Fleet board and the embed snippet, Ops is the plan. If your organisation needs more sites or API volume than that, or custom integration, talk to us about Enterprise. The instrument itself is free to use; plans pay for saved sites, alerts, scale and fleet views. Compare plan limits.
07Changing your plan later
To move up a plan, use the upgrade ladder on your account page or the Pricing page. There is no downgrade button. To stop a paid plan, open Manage billing in the Plan section of your account page and cancel in the portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charges are made after cancellation. Manage your billing.
Questions
What do I get for free without an account?
You get the full instrument at /app, including height-matched wind, ensemble odds, the agreement spine, observations and the map. Charts, the Learn library, Ireland pages, industry pages and the agent are also free. No account or payment details are needed. The data and uncertainty shown are the same as on paid plans.
Why is the Starter plan only $5 a month?
The Starter plan pays for your saved sites and your evidence records, so one person can keep decisions on file without a long purchasing process. The forecast and uncertainty you see are the same as on the free instrument, so the price buys the saved material, not better data.
What does the Pro plan add compared to Starter?
The Pro plan, at $19 a month or $149 a year, increases saved sites to 25 and extends the forecast to 16 days. It adds email alerts based on your rules, a morning brief by email, and API keys with 1,000 calls per day. These features provide automated monitoring and integration capabilities not present in Starter.
What does the Ops plan add compared to Pro?
The Ops plan, at $990 a year, adds the Fleet board for a single view of your sites and the embed snippet for public boards. It raises saved sites to 100 and API calls to 10,000 a day, with the same alerts and brief as Pro.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Open Manage billing in the Plan section of your account page and cancel in the portal. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. There is no separate Billing section on the account page.
Will paying for a plan make the forecast more accurate?
No. The forecast data and the uncertainty shown are the same on every plan, including the free version. Paying for a plan buys storage, alerts, increased scale, API access, and the fleet view. No plan includes a statutory limit, or any assurance regarding forecast accuracy.
